Want to look younger? Want to live longer? Want your skin to look better, your figure to look marvelous, and to feel full of energy and life? Want to get rid of depression, negativity and just feeling like yuck? Then get off your lazy butt and do some exercise!
The benefits of exercise are well-known, extensive and incredibly good. An article today showed that even a little bit will go a long way. Scientists in Taiwan found that as little as 15 minutes of exercise each day will add years to your life! Don’t take my word for it though, you can read about it here.
Go for a walk, or a swim, or a bike ride. Walk up and down some stairs for 15 minutes. You can even just jump on the spot in front of the TV for 15 minutes. It will all work! The key is consistency. Make a routine and do it EVERY DAY. Make a contract with yourself, write it down. Put your promise on the wall next to your bed. Come on – you can do this!
